  • Members must abide by the Academy's Screening Code of Conduct .
  • Tickets/seats shall not be resold or transferred and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly by the applicant through The British Academy of Film & Television Arts.
  • If more than one ticket/seat is issued to an applicant, those tickets/seats may be used only by the applicant and the person(s) intending to accompany that applicant to the event. The provision of such ticket(s) by an applicant to such person(s) without payment does not contravene terms & conditions.

  • BAFTA members may bring one guest with them to membership screenings unless specified otherwise. Seats for guests must be reserved via the online booking system.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • Non-members may not attend screenings unaccompanied.
  • If an applicant orders more tickets than the maximum allowed, as indicated during the booking process, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The maximum applies per person/card/household.
  • The British Academy of Film & Television Arts is entitled to refuse admission to any ticket-holder at its sole discretion.
  • If an applicant finds they cannot attend, the booking must be cancelled via the online booking system. Failure to cancel will result in the member incurring a penalty point. Repeat offenders will be barred from using the booking system.
  • Any ticket obtained in breach of these Conditions will be void and all rights evidenced by such ticket will be nullified. Any person seeking to use a ticket obtained in breach of these Conditions in order to gain or provide entry will be ejected and liable to legal action.
