How to Enter the Video Games Awards

Below are the details of how to enter games for the British Academy Video Games Awards.

  • To enter a game you must complete the Entry Form , giving your full contact details and listing the games you wish to enter, along with their release date.
  • At this stage you do not have to send any copies of the games you are wishing to enter. Simply complete the entry form and return.
  • When completing the Entry Form, you must list up to three people who have made the greatest creative contribution to the making of the game. There should be careful consideration made when putting forward these names as changes cannot be made once the nominations are announced.

For games released between 27 October 2007 and 19 November 2008

Entry deadline: 5 November 2008

Categories: Games can be entered into as many categories as desired.

Registration Fee:
Developer: £110 + VAT
Publisher: £200 + VAT

Entry Fee: £250 + VAT per game entered

ENTRIES RECEIVED BY 10 OCTOBER WILL BE FREE OF ANY ENTRY CHARGE and will only be charged the Registration Fee.

For games released between 20 November 2008 and 31 December 2008
